Product introduction

U-shaped glass, also known as slotted glass, is named because its cross-section presents "U". U-shaped glass is a relatively popular building material in recent years, can be applied to the building outdoor curtain wall and indoor separation wall design, U-glass relative to ordinary glass, the biggest feature is high mechanical strength and stiffness, so the actual use does not need additional horizontal support, you can bear their own weight, and a single piece of material can do about 6m, can reduce the horizontal separation of the facade.

One of the first countries in the world to produce U-glass was Austria, where Moos Brunner Glasfubrik began producing U-glass with a base width of 262mm in 1957. LoF and AFG in the United States, PPG Industries in Canada and Nitro in Japan have also built U-shaped glass production lines.
