Float Glass

A: MIGO GLASS supplies clear float glass, low-iron ultra-clear glass and body-tinted float glass. Common tinted color families include bronze, grey, green and blue, with several light and dark shades available. Final color, thickness and stock availability should be confirmed before ordering.

A: Float glass is available in multiple thicknesses, including thin glass and standard architectural thicknesses up to 19 mm. We can supply standard stock sheets, jumbo sizes or cut-to-size panels. Available sheet dimensions depend on glass type, color and thickness.

A: Yes. Different thicknesses, sizes, colors or compatible float glass products can be mixed in one container when the loading plan and packing method allow it. Each specification is packed and labelled separately to simplify unloading and inventory control.

A: Float glass is packed in seaworthy plywood cases or end-cap crates with protective paper, powder or cork separation as appropriate. Mixed-container orders can be arranged, and the loading plan is designed to balance weight, crate dimensions and unloading sequence.

A: The standard minimum order quantity is one full container. Different float glass specifications may be combined to complete the container. Please provide the glass type, color, thickness, sheet size, quantity for each item and destination port for a loading and quotation plan.
