Q1. Are you manufacture or a trading company?

A: We are glass manufacture and also have our own trading company.

Q2. What do you need to provide a quote?

A: Specification of the glass product, or decoration description; order quantity per batch and per year. Trade terms, such as FOB or CIF, if CIF pls tell us the destination port.

Q3. Could you accept customized?

A: Yes, customized designs, materials, sizes, colors, etc. are available, and the artwork will be need. We will protect the customer's design carefully.

Q4. Can you offer samples for quality checking?

A: Yes, samples can be provided as your requirement.

Q5. What about the lead time?

A: Usually it will take 25-30 days for normal container load quantity order. For some items which are very similar to our main products, lead time can be just 7-15 days.

Q6. What will you do for after-sales?
