It has good stability in high temperature environments and is suitable for some special application scenarios.
SGP film (polystyrene film):
High transparency, which can maintain the clarity of glass;
It has extremely high adhesion and can firmly bond glass pieces together;
It has excellent impact resistance and can effectively prevent fragments from flying when the glass is broken;
Excellent weather resistance, can resist the erosion of ultraviolet rays and moisture for a long time;
It has higher strength and stiffness than PVB film and EVA film, and is suitable for some occasions with higher safety requirements.
In general, PVB film is the most common laminated glass film with good performance and economy; EVA film has good stability in high temperature environments and is suitable for special application scenarios; SGP film has higher strength and stiffness, suitable for occasions with higher safety requirements. The choice of which film to use should be based on specific application needs and budget.
