Insulating glass is composed of two of more pieces of glass,which are separated by hollow aluminu -m tubes filled with desiccant.Meanwhile,the hollow part is filled with dry air or inert gas and sealed w -th butyl glue,polysuifide glue or structural glue to form the glass in the drying space.
Because the heat conductivity of the air is very low,dry air is sealed between two layers of glass,can effectively block the loss of heat conduction,so that the insulating glass to achieve energy saving,anti-condensation,sound insulation and other effects.
The insulating glass produced by SYP adopts the double-channel sealant bonding process,that is, the first main seal adopts butyl sealant to prevent the internal and external penetration of water vapor and other gases;the second seal adopts polysulfide glue or silicone glue with good adhesion strength and anti-aging sealing performance.The aluminum frame with continuous bending angle is used as the interval to ensure the integrity and air tightness of insulating glass and greatly improve the service life of insulating glass.
