As the Dragon Boat Festival approached, MIGO GLASS organized a traditional Zongzi-making team-building activity on June 18, bringing employees together to celebrate one of China's most important cultural festivals and strengthen team connections.
The event provided a welcome opportunity for employees to step away from their busy work schedules, relax, and experience the charm of traditional Chinese culture in a fun and engaging environment. Colleagues from different departments gathered together to learn, share, and participate in the festive activity.
To encourage active participation, two special competition categories were introduced during the event.
The "Most Productive Zongzi Maker Award" recognized the participant who successfully wrapped the highest number of qualified zongzi within the designated time while ensuring that none leaked rice during the process.
The "Best Crafted Zongzi Award" was selected through employee voting and presented to the participant whose zongzi demonstrated the best craftsmanship, appearance, and overall quality.
Throughout the activity, employees exchanged wrapping techniques, shared tips and experiences, and enjoyed friendly competition. The atmosphere was filled with laughter, enthusiasm, and teamwork as everyone worked together to create traditional handmade zongzi. Following an exciting competition and voting session, two outstanding participants were selected as the winners and received special recognition for their achievements.
Beyond celebrating a traditional festival, the event further strengthened communication and collaboration among employees while reflecting MIGO GLASS's commitment to fostering a positive, people-oriented corporate culture.
