This week, a client from Mexico visited Qingdao Migo Glass Co., Ltd (MIGO GLASS) to conduct a comprehensive inspection of our architectural glass and aluminum window and door manufacturing capabilities. The factory visit and in-depth discussions significantly accelerated cooperation between both parties.
1. Glass Processing Workshop: Full Production Flow and Quality Control
Accompanied by the MIGO GLASS team, the client first toured our glass deep-processing workshop, where we introduced the complete production flow including glass cutting, edge polishing, tempering, laminating, and insulated glass unit (IGU) processing. The client also observed our fully automated production lines, designed for high efficiency and consistent quality.
During the visit, we explained our quality control system for window glass and architectural glass, covering key standards such as dimensional accuracy, tempering stress, optical quality, and lamination and sealing performance.
2. Aluminum Window and Door Factory Visit
The client then visited our partner factory for aluminum windows and doors, gaining a full view of the manufacturing process from glass and aluminum profiles to finished window and door systems.
By comparing materials of different grades, performance levels, and price ranges, the client gained a clearer and more practical understanding of the relationship between cost and quality.
3. Sample Showroom: Customized Solutions for Projects
In the MIGO GLASS sample showroom, we demonstrated our customized window and glass solutions for various architectural and construction projects. The client reviewed different combinations of tempered glass, laminated glass, insulated glass, and aluminum systems, tailored to meet diverse project requirements.
4. Productive Business Meeting
After the factory tour, both parties held an in-depth meeting to discuss technical details, product configurations, and pricing for the current project. A clear cooperation intention was reached, marking an important step forward in the partnership.
