The original glass of fireproof glass can be made of float plane glass, tempered glass, and composite fireproof glass can also be made of a single piece of fireproof glass.
There are five main types of fireproof glass, one is laminated composite fireproof glass, the other is wire fireproof glass, the third is special fireproof glass, the fourth is hollow fireproof glass, and the fifth is high-strength single-layer cesium potassium fireproof glass.
Fire-resistant glass is divided into three categories according to product type:
Class A
At the same time, it meets the requirements of fire resistance integrity, fire resistance and heat insulation. Including composite fireproof glass and perfusion fireproof glass. This type of glass has light transmission, fire protection (smoke, fire, heat radiation shielding), sound insulation, and impact resistance. It is suitable for building decorative steel and wood fire doors, windows, upper lighting, partition walls, daylighting roofs, and smoke screens. Walls, see-through floors and other building components need to be transparent and fireproof.
Type B
At the same time, it meets the requirements of fire resistance integrity and heat radiation intensity. This kind of fireproof glass is mostly composite fireproof glass, which has the characteristics of light transmission, fire prevention and smoke isolation.
Type C
A single piece of fire-resistant glass that only meets the requirements of fire-resistant integrity. This type of glass has the characteristics of light transmission, fire prevention, smoke isolation, and high strength. It is suitable for fireproof glass partition walls, fireproof windows, outdoor curtain walls, etc. without heat insulation requirements.
