Back-painted glass, also named lacquered glass, is a very expressive decorative glass, often used in image walls, private spaces, etc. Back-painted glass can be achieved by processing methods such as spraying, rolling, screen printing, or curtain coating. Spray paint on the back of the float glass, and then bake it in an oven at 30-45 degrees for 8-12 hours. Natural drying can also be used, but the adhesion of the naturally dried paint is relatively small, and it is easy to fall off in a humid environment.

As we all know, paint is harmful to the human body. In order to ensure people's health needs and modern environmental protection requirements, environmentally friendly raw materials and coatings are often used in the production of the back-painted glass.
So, what are the precautions for the use of lacquered or back-painted glass?
1. During the use of the painted glass, avoid wiping the surface of the glass with an over-wet rag. Especially in an over-humid environment, the integrity of the paint film may be damaged, causing the paint film to crack;
2. In the process of using the painted glass, avoid impact as much as possible. The paint film hardness of the high-quality paint glass is about 2H, that is, when a weight of 10 kg hits the surface, there may be smash marks, but it will not fall off in a large area;
3. The paint film of the lacquered glass will be discolored due to high temperature, and the fire resistance is poor, so you should try to avoid direct sunlight during use;
4. Attention should be paid to the cleaning of baking varnish glass. Use detergent: water=1:10 ratio solution, and wipe with a clean cotton cloth. Lacquered glass is often used in kitchen splash plates and cabinet door panels. It is difficult to avoid oily smoke in the kitchen. When there is oily smoke or oil stains on the surface, you can also wipe it with detergent.
