The process flow of chemical production of frosted glass is as follows:
(1) Cleaning and drying: First, clean the flat glass to be produced to remove dust and stains, and then dry it;
(2) Hoisting: Put the cleaned and dry flat glass on the hanger, pad the contact part of the hanger with the glass with a rubber bracket, unload the glass vertically, and leave a certain distance between the glass and the glass. Then lift with a crane;
(3) Corrosion: Immerse the flat glass together with the hanger into the corrosion box with a crane, soak the glass with a corrosion solution, and the corrosion time is 5-10 minutes;
(4) Softening: After drenching off the residual liquid, a layer of residue is attached to the surface of the acid-washed glass, put into a softening box to soften, soak the glass with conventional softening liquid, and remove the residue for 1-2 minutes for softening time;
(5) Cleaning: The acid-washed frosted glass has a lot of residual chemical substances in the process of corrosion and softening. It is necessary to put the acid-washed glass in a washing machine to clean it;
(6) Drying: The acid-washed frosted glass after the final cleaning is placed in a drying room for drying.
