Types of Padel Court Construction

In the market, there are three common types of padel courts. They are classic, panoramic, and super panoramic.

  • Classic Court

The classic court is the earliest type. It is also the most common one. It has a large steel structure. This structure supports the glass and mesh. The overall view is a little limited. But this design is more stable. It also costs less. So it is good for people who want to save money. It is also good for those who care more about durability.

  • Panoramic Court

The panoramic court is now the most popular type in the market. It uses less steel support between the glass panels. So it gives a wider view. Spectators can see the game clearly from outside. Players can also have a better visual experience inside. From market feedback and customer questions, most customers choose the panoramic court. Because it balances good looks and practical use.

  • Super Panoramic Court

The super panoramic court is an improved version of the panoramic court. It almost removes all metal structures. It only uses a small amount of support to fix the glass. This type of court has the best visual quality. It is especially good for professional tournaments and high-end clubs. But it costs more. And its installation needs are stricter. So not all customers can choose it.

From the whole market, most customers like panoramic courts better. Because they not only meet the needs of watching and playing. They also balance price and performance.

Padel Court Customer Concerns - Glass

When people build a padel court, they care most about the glass's safety and quality. The glass used for the court needs to be very strong. It must stand the impact of fast balls and pressure from the outside. There are two main types of this glass: tempered glass and laminated glass.

  • Tempered Glass

Tempered glass is now the most widely used type. It goes through high-temperature treatment and quick cooling. This process creates strong stress on its surface. So it is much stronger than normal glass. Even if it breaks by accident, it shatters into small pieces. These pieces won't be sharp. This makes it safe for players and spectators. Tempered glass has different thicknesses. The most common ones are 10mm or 12mm. Customers can choose based on their needs.

  • Laminated Glass

Laminated glass has two or more glass sheets. A layer of PVB or EVA film is between them. They are stuck together with a high-temperature and high-pressure process. Even if the glass breaks, the shards stay stuck to the middle layer. They won't fall off. This type of glass is safer. It also blocks sound better. Some customers choose laminated glass for more safety. This is especially true for high-end places or busy areas.

In real buying, preferences are different by region and customer. For example, customers in the European market have higher safety requirements for glass. So they prefer laminated glass. But in regions where people have limited budgets, tempered glass is more popular. Because it is more cost-effective.

Migo Glass's Advantages

As a professional glass manufacturer, Migo Glass does two important things. First, it provides high-quality glass products. Second, it puts service and customer experience first. Our strengths show mainly in these areas:

  • Continuous Improvement Based on Customer Feedback

Migo Glass thinks customer feedback is very important. Every customer shares their thoughts after using our products. We keep making our products better with this feedback. For example, one customer wanted safer packaging when we ship the glass. We improved how we pack the glass. We also added a protective layer. This makes sure the glass doesn't break during shipping.

  • Diverse Products to Meet Different Needs

We sell tempered glass and laminated glass. They come in different thicknesses and styles. Customers can choose based on three things: their budget, the place where the court will be, and how they'll use the glass. It doesn't matter if it's a classic court or an ultra-panoramic court. Migo Glass can give the right glass solution.

  • Strict Quality Inspection

All glass that leaves our factory goes through strict tests. We test three things: if the glass is flat, how strong it is, and if it's safe. We make sure every piece of glass meets international standards. This lets customers feel safe when they build their courts.

  • Complete After-Sales Service

We talk to customers all the time. This starts when they confirm the order. It continues through production, shipping, and even after-sales service. We are not just a supplier. We are a partner you can trust.

Building a padel court means making many choices. Glass is a key part of the court, so you need to choose it carefully. Most customers like panoramic courts best. Why? Because they have wide views and look nice. Tempered glass and laminated glass each have their own good points. Customers can choose based on what they really need. As a professional manufacturer, Migo Glass does two things well. It provides high-quality products. And it keeps getting better with customer feedback.
