Glass greenhouse warming
The glass greenhouse in the northern part of our country needs winter heating, otherwise it cannot be produced in winter.The warming time of the greenhouse is different. The heating time in the northeast will take five months to six months, and three months to five months in north China.Growing flowers or seedlings in the south also requires heating or temporary reheating.
1. 2. Hot air heating and warm air heating system consists of heat source, air heat exchanger, fan and air supply duct.Its working process is: heat air reventilator provided by the heat source, which USES the fan to force some air in the greenhouse to flow through the air heat exchanger, which continuously circulates and heats the greenhouse.The heat source of the hot air heating system can be fuel oil, gas, coal plant or electric heater, or hot water or steam.Different heat sources, the heat air heating equipment installation form is different.The air heat exchanger of steam, electric or hot water heating system is installed in the greenhouse to provide hot air directly with the fan.The fuel and gas-fired heating device is installed in the greenhouse, and the flue gas is discharged into the greenhouse.Coal burning hot air furnace general volume is bigger, the use is also relatively dirty, usually installed outside the greenhouse.In order to distribute the hot air evenly in the greenhouse, the ventilator will send the hot air into the ventilator.
3. The more common electric heating method is to bury the ground wire in the ground, which is used to raise the ground temperature, mainly used in greenhouse seedling.Electricity is the cleanest and convenient energy, but the electricity is secondary energy, which is more expensive, so it can only be used as a temporary heating measure.
