Embossed glass is a type of flat glass manufactured by rolling, and before the glass hardens, a roller engraved with patterns is used to press patterns on one or both sides of the glass, thereby producing Rolled glass with patterns on one or both sides. (1) The inspection methods for glass size deviation (including deflection), missing corners, curvature, edge protrusions, and defects shall be carried out in accordance with the relevant provisions of "Flat Glass" (GB 11614-2009).
(2) The thickness of the glass is measured at the midpoint of the four sides using a 50mm diameter gauge.
(3) When inspecting the lines, heat rings, inclusions, bubbles, wrinkles, scars, cracks, and pressure marks of glass, place the glass vertically and observe it under natural light with the observer's gaze perpendicular to the glass surface at a distance of 0.6m.
(4) There are three forms of pattern deviation, and the length h is measured with a metal ruler.
