Shower Door Glass

 

Migo Shower Door Glass is made from safety tempered glass panels, no scratch, no bubbles in the glass. 

Tempered glass is made by heating flat glass to just below its softening temperature and suddenly chilling it with jets of cold air. It results the outer skins under powerful compressive stress and the interior surface with severe tensile stress.

In consequence, the impact applied to the glass will be overcome by the compressional stress on the surfaces to assure safety of use.

• Sliding glass doors& fixed panels (with holes)
• Glass shower screens (round corner available, R1-R300mm)
• Self-cleaning shower glass (EnduroShield glass coating)

Advantages of Migo tempered glass: 

1.No tong marks on the glass as TG adopts the horizontal tempering process.

2. 5 times stronger than annealed glass.

3. Once breakage occurs, the glass disintegrates into small cubical fragments which are relatively harmeless to human body.

4. It withstands an abrupt change of temperature. For example, a piece of 5mm tolerates the temperature variations within the range of 200℃.

5.Tempered glass can undergo heat soak test to improve safety in use.
