Tempered Glass for Padel Court 

Definition and characteristics: Tempered glass is made through heating and cooling processes and is much stronger than ordinary glass. During this process, the glass is heated to over 600 degrees Celsius and then rapidly cooled to generate internal stress, thereby enhancing its durability.

Tempered glass type:

• Regular clear glass 
• Ultra-clear/Low-iron glass Grade B
• Ultra-clear/Low-iron glass Grade A 

  

① Steel Pillar: 2-3 mm thick high grade steel pillars. The metal structures are painted in any RAL colour.

② Steel Frame: 2 mm high-grade steel frame. These metal structures are painted in any RAL colour.

③ Glass Wall: 10-12 mm thickness safety tempered glass. 2x2m or 3x2 m glass sheets. Complies with European standard EN 12150-1.

④ Artificial Turf: The artificial turfs have a high resistance to friction, abrasion, tear and environmental factors such as UV light, rain, snow and wind.

⑤ Padel Net: Padel net 4mm PP M45 is created specifically for outdoor usage with increased resistance to harsh climate conditions, such as wind, rain and UV light. The net measurements are customised.

⑥ Lighting: High-class LED floodlights with a power of 400W. The Luminous efficacy of 130lm/w and Luminous Flux of 52000lm. Very bright lighting meets the international standards of padel court lighting.
