When we shop on the spot, we mainly look at the following three aspects to distinguish the authenticity.
1) Look at the 3C logo: The 3C logo is directly imprinted on the glass during the manufacturing process. Generally, nails and knives cannot be scraped off. The 3C mark is a compulsory product certification system in my country. According to the "Building Safety Glass Management Regulations", outdoor partitions, bathroom enclosures and screen glass must have 3C signs. The 3C logo must be on the glass, not on the label, and there must be a series of factory codes below.
2) See if it is transparent: See if the glass is transparent and if there are impurities and bubbles. Due to defects in process or materials, there will always be such defects. In addition, pay attention to whether the chamfer of the glass is flat and whether the edge is damaged.
3) Look at the fragments of tempered glass.
In addition, pay attention to the thickness of the glass when purchasing a shower room. The more common thicknesses are 6mm, 8mm, and 10mm. Generally, the linear shower room can choose 8mm or 10mm specifications, and the fixed glass surface can choose 8mm specifications. Generally speaking, 6-8mm tempered glass is the most suitable. The explosion-proof glass is coated with a layer of glue between the two layers of glass, and there will be no fragments after breaking. However, tempered glass does not have this function. According to regulations, the amount of broken tempered glass per 50*50mm area should be more than 40 pieces. Half-curved glass surface usually selects 6mm size for movable glass door, which is more suitable and has better stability. The thicker the glass, the higher the cost, and the higher the requirements for the base.
