Our company's 2025 Autumn Team Building event concluded successfully, with the inaugural speech contest becoming a highlight. This event broke the traditional team-building model and provided a unique platform for employees to freely express themselves.
Unlike traditional competitions, this one has no theme or length restrictions. Employees can share work experiences, career development, life stories, or personal insights. The organizing committee, adhering to the philosophy that "speaking up is success," alleviated employee concerns and boosted participation.
Colleagues who usually focus on their work showed different sides of themselves: some shared their experiences in balancing work and family, which resonated widely; some talked about project innovation, sparking heated discussions; and stories about life and hobbies also brought laughter and touched people. It was a platform for idea exchanges. Employees gained new perspectives-learning work solutions from work-related talks and understanding diverse life attitudes from life stories. A new employee noted, "Senior colleagues' career sharing clarified my direction, and life stories strengthened team bonds."

The HR director, who hosted the event, said the contest was a bold team-building attempt. It stimulated expression willingness, and enhanced cohesion and mutual understanding. The company will continue to hold diverse team-building activities for a more positive environment.
Though the contest has ended, its positive energy and communication atmosphere will continue influencing employees, laying a solid foundation for the company's future development and team building.
