The lamination of curved glass sheets is the most common process to manufacture curved multi-layer safety glass. Depending on the product features of the glass (annealed, heat-strengthened or fully tempered) and the desired application, the manufacturing processes differ significantly one from another. Each method may include two or more glass lines of equal or unequal thickness and one or more interlayers of plastic film (with a nominal thickness of 0.38 mm) but differ in terms of glass cutting, finishing and lamination.
