Products Description
Vinyl Backed Mirror is produced by attaching an adhesive glossy PE film (vinyl film) or Woven Fabric film on the back of mirror glass, the former with smooth film is called the CAT -I MIRROR, the latter with woven film is called CAT-II MIRROR. The film prevents people from being hurt in case of mirror breaking.
This pressure-sensitive, adhesive coated film tape is primarily recommended for mirrored wardrobe doors.

Test sample is 4mm mirror backed with woven film
Mirror is broken at a 1200mm drop height but mirror fragments held together, won't cause injury to human body.
The vinyl backing film can be attached to both Aluminium Mirror sheets and Silver Mirror sheets.
Glossy PE film has a thickness of 7um~13um;
Woven film has a thickness of 13um~30um
