Vinyl Backed Mirror is produced by attaching an adhesive glossy PE film (vinyl film) or Woven Fabric film on the back of mirror glass, the former with smooth film is called the CAT -I MIRROR, the latter with woven film is called CAT-II MIRROR. The film prevents people from being hurt in case of mirror breaking.
