Products Description
Laminated glass is a type of safety glass that holds together when shattered. It is made by sandwiching a layer of two or more pieces of glass, the interlayer film which could be EVA, PVB, and SGP. SGP glass is the most premium laminated glass, it is also known as SentryGlas® Plus interlayer, is a high-performance interlayer material that is used in laminated glass. It is designed to provide enhanced safety, security, and strength compared to traditional laminated glass materials. One of the key benefits of SGP glass is its ability to maintain structural integrity even after breakage. In the event of a breakage, the interlayer holds the glass fragments together, preventing them from shattering and reducing the risk of injury from sharp glass shards.
PVB VS SGP:
SGP has a tear strength 5 times that of standard PVB, a hardness 100 times that of standard PVB
1. Strength and Durability:
