Diffusing glass is focused on diffusing the light entering the greenhouse, it spreads the incoming sunlight over a larger surface area. This way, a larger leaf surface is exposed and can absorb more CO2 to improve growth, yield and quality.
Diffuse glass offers many advantages, such as:
- The scattering of sunlight through diffused glass means that the light can penetrate better to the lower parts of the plants;
- Diffuse glass can effectively reduce shadows in the greenhouse;
- Diffuse glass can reduce the temperature of the top of the crop under high-temperature radiation, resulting in less stress for plants.
