3.Quality Assurance
Migo Shower Glass uses advanced production technology and equipment to strictly control every aspect of the production process to ensure precise product production and stable quality. Equipped with a professional quality inspection team, we conduct strict quality inspection and random inspection on each batch of products to ensure that the products meet the standards and requirements of CE, SGCC, SGS and ISO.
Migo Shower Glass production workshop has the following equipment:
1) Cutting: 1 Italian Intermark cutting machine line (3300*6000), 1 domestic Botero cutting line (2800*3660).
2) Edge grinding line: 3 Jinbo high-speed bilateral edge grinding lines, maximum fine polishing edge grinding ruler 2500*4500, automatic upper and lower pieces, can realize online chamfering safety angle (r =1-5mm). 1 small piece double-sided grinding machine, the minimum fine grinding edge size is 80mm. 1 multi-stage edge grinding machine, capable of grinding 45° edges. 1 beveling machine, capable of processing 10-30MM bevel.
3) Chamfering: 1 single machine chamfering machine, chamfering size R=5-300MM;
4) Drilling: 1 vertical drilling machine, 1 horizontal drilling line (in workshop #1), automatic loading and unloading, and can be connected to drill countersunk holes.
5) Water jet: 4 water jets (maximum processing size 1450*3000), 2 water jets + 2 horizontal drilling lines, 1 automatic loading and unloading. (Processing speed: two slots + two holes, about 50 seconds per piece)
6) Tempering furnace: 1 2440*6000 tempering furnace, 1 2400*5000 double-chamber furnace, maximum tempering size 2400*6000. 1 homogenizing furnace.
7) Self-cleaning: 1 glass self-cleaning production line.
