“Low-E”refers to a series of high-performance,low-emissivity products manufactured by TG
introuducing stare-of-the art vacuum sputtering coating equipment and technology from USA'S
applied films group Germany's Von Ardenne.
The vacuum sputter process coats glass sufaces with several layers of different materials.Among
these,a sliver layer effectively reflects infraredrays while maintaining excellent thermal peroformance.
Beneath the silver layer is an anti-reflective tin-reflective tin oxide base layer that increases the transp
-arency of the glass,Above the silver layer is an isolating nichel-chromium alloy coating.Thi main funct
-ion of the top anti-reflective tin oxide layer is to protect the other coating layers.This product offers
the high transparency,low reflectivity,and good thermal insulating and energy-saving properties requi
-red of modern architectural glass and green building design.
