Migo factory has been built as our own glass manufacturer for commercial greenhouse/horticultural glass for over 10 years, we are still spreading our factory and our machine to provide better glass for our customer's projects, below are our current factory's brief improvement introduction:
- 3 factories with their own complete production line, a total of 60000 SQM
- Update 4 diffused glass fabrication line, meet customer’s different patterns with customized different hazes
- Upgrade 2AR producing production technology, coating machine with the largest width in China
-Long continuous tempering furnace, increases the glass productivity
Why Diffused glass (prismatic/matt glass)?
From a horticultural perspective, more sunlight coming into the greenhouse means more light on the plants, which will lead to a higher attainable yield.
Our AR glass processing line can apply anti-reflection coating on one or both sides of the glass surface (1AR or 2AR), and at the same time, by reducing the light reflectivity of sunlight, the light transmission rate can be increased up to 97.5%.
