Insulating Glass with Flat or Curved Shape

Basic Info

Insulating Glass unit is compounded by two or more pieces of glass, aluminum silver spacer which is filled with desiccant and seal with butyl and silione or polysufied. IGU performs well at sound insulation, heat insulation, heat preservation and anti-condensation.

Clear glass, tinted glass, coated glass, Low-E glass, tempering glass or curved glass are available as the base glass of IGU.

Features:
1. Optics Performance
The visible light transmittance varies from 10%-80%, reflective rate 13%-35% based on different base glass.
2.Thermal Performance
Reduce U value effectively with IGU glass and it will be even lower when fiiling with inert gases.
3. Acoustic performance
Normal IGU can reduce noise into around 30dB and there will be 5dB lower when filling with intert gases, which mean to change the 80dB traffic noisy into a very quiet level.
4. Sealing Performance
Aluminum silver spacer is moulding once only with auto bend technique to avoid connections as many as possible. To seal twice with butyl as primary step and silicone or polysulfide as second step to unsure its sealing performance also to extend the usage life.
5. Light Weight
With the same heat insulation condition, IGU performs better on day lighting and simplifying building construction when compare with concrete wall.
