Why Tempered Glass Lamp Shades?

How to guarantee the shapes?
We have water-jet cutting machines for shapes forming of glass lamp shades and then ground or polish.
For complicated shapes, CNC is used to form and polish at the same time. The tolerance could be controlled within ±0.25mm.
How is your tempering quality?
We temper the glass lamp shades according to EN12150 and EN12600. Drop test is taken to check the tempering quality. Different tempering solution is given up to different use purpose.
Do you have MOQ?
Normally we don't have MOQ but the larger quantity the better the price is, especially when there is printing and other requirement.When the quantity is really samll, we usually charge based on sampling level.
