Q1. What do you need to provide a quote?
A: Specification of the glass product, or decoration description; order quantity per batch and per year. Trade terms, such as FOB or CIF, if CIF pls tell us the destination port.
Q2. Can you do the supply of the glass products according to our own design?
A: Of course we can, we support customization and OEM&ODM are available.
Q3. Can you supply a free sample?
A: yes, if you want us to provide a big size sample according to your requirements, you should pay the cost of production.
Q4. What is your glass package? Are they safe?
A: Wooden Crates Worthy for Ocean and Land Carriage. The crates will be very strong and every loading worker has 4 years' experience of packing, loading and fixation crates with containers. And we will send the loading pictures for you when we are loading.
Q5. What is your payment term?
A: Our payment term is T/T 30% in advance,70% after get the copy of B/L.
If your glass quantity is less, we want to TT 100%. You can payment By T/T, L/C at sight.
Q6. How can we choose the shipping way?
A: For the small order, we will suggest you choose the express, such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT etc.;
For the larger order, we will suggest you choose by sea, if you are urgent, you can choose by air.
We will help you to choose the best efficient shipping way according to your detailed requirements.
Q7. What is the normal lead time?
A: For stock products, we will send goods to you within 10-15 days after we receive your payment;
For OEM products, the delivery time is 25-30 days after we receive your payment.
