What is cracked ice glass?
The cracked ice glass is a kind of laminated glass, which breaks the toughened glass to produce an effect like ice cubes. The glass ice cracking process is as follows:
Materials and tools needed: three pieces of tempered glass, two layers of glass film, hot press, glass hammer.
1. Clamp the three-layer tempered glass together with two-layer glass film;
2. Extrude the whole tablet through a hot press;
3. Use a glass hammer to break the tempered glass in the middle to complete the ice cracked glass.
For safety, tempered glass must be used for the glass in the middle to avoid splashing of glass fragments; and the ice cracked glass made of three pieces of tempered glass is the best. Although it is costly, it has good quality, high strength, and high safety in use.
