How Silk Screen printing glass is made?
Silk screen printing glass is made by printing the colored frits/enamels or metallic oxides onto the glass using a silkscreen stencil.
Once these have been applied, they are fired and fused to the glass surface during the toughening/tempering process.
After the tempering or heat strengthening process, this tempered silk screen printing glass is 4 to 5 times stronger than ordinary glass, and it enhances the durability of ceramic ink.
